Multi-domain inbox

One shared inbox for every domain you own

A multi-domain shared inbox lets one team receive and answer email for many domains in a single place. RelayRow turns each domain into a catch-all inbox with no mail server: point the MX record, and every address on that domain arrives in the shared inbox, ready to be triaged by AI.

How a domain joins your inbox

A checklist on each domain card walks through the setup and verifies the DNS for you.

  1. Add the domainAdd it on the Domains page — a subdomain such as support.yourbrand.com works too.
  2. Copy the DNSRelayRow reads the MX, SPF and DKIM records live from Resend and checks each one.
  3. Connect the webhookA per-domain webhook URL with its own token (and optional signature) delivers the mail.
  4. Create mailboxesCreate addresses or one catch-all; give each mailbox its seats, signature and forwarders.
  5. ReceiveMail to any address on the domain lands in the shared inbox, threaded and scanned.

Built for many domains, not one

Catch-all per domain

support@, billing@ or anything@ — no provisioning per address. Unknown recipients go to the catch-all or are dropped, never bounced.

Independent domains

Each domain has its own Resend key and webhook token, so domains can even live on different Resend accounts.

Four mailbox types

Shared, personal, alias and no-reply mailboxes, each with seats, signatures and forwarders.

Replay missed mail

If a webhook was down, “Replay missed mail” re-imports what Resend received — safely, without duplicates.

Sized by domains

Each workspace has its own allowance of domains, mailboxes and seats — raised as you grow, not billed per address.

Workspaces

Group domains into workspaces — per client or per brand — each with its own team and rules.

Multi-domain inbox questions

How do I manage email for multiple domains in one inbox?
Add each domain to RelayRow, point its MX record at Resend and connect the webhook. Every message to every address on those domains then arrives in one shared inbox, where your team can filter by domain or mailbox and reply from the right address.
Can I keep Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 on the same domain?
Receiving takes over all mail for the domain it is set up on, so use a subdomain (for example support.yourbrand.com) or a separate domain for RelayRow and keep personal mailboxes where they are.
Is there a limit on addresses?
No per-address limit on a domain — any address works through the catch-all. Plans limit the number of domains and dedicated mailboxes.
Do replies come from the right domain?
Yes. Replies are sent from the mailbox the message arrived in, on its own domain, with that mailbox’s signature.
