Email automation rules, no code required

Email automation rules act on incoming mail for you: when a message matches the conditions you set, the rule labels, assigns, forwards, replies or notifies. RelayRow rules need no code, can ask the AI a yes/no question about any email, and can run on a timer to chase conversations nobody has answered.

Beyond filters

Ask the AI

“Is the customer asking for a refund?” — a yes/no question becomes a condition.

Follow-up timers

Fire when we haven’t replied, or the customer hasn’t answered, for N hours or days.

Templates

Start from ready-made rules and adjust them instead of building from scratch.

Test before you trust

Try a rule against real messages and see each condition’s result, plus a full run history.

Signed webhooks

Send message, AI and extracted fields to any HTTPS endpoint with an HMAC signature.

Variables

Use sender, subject, mailbox, AI fields and extracted values inside replies and messages.

Automation questions

Do I need to write code to automate my inbox?
No. Rules are built in a visual editor from conditions and actions, or started from templates.
Can a rule send a follow-up if a customer doesn’t reply?
Yes. Time-based rules check open conversations every 15 minutes and can send a follow-up, escalate or notify after a delay you choose, up to a set number of times per conversation.
Can rules post to Slack or other tools?
Yes — a Slack incoming webhook, an email notification or any HTTPS webhook with an HMAC-SHA256 signature.
Will a time-based rule email my old conversations?
No. Time-based rules only act on activity that happened after the rule was created, and each last message is evaluated once.
